Can I return my mattress?
Yes. We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The mattress must be in good condition, with no signs of damage, stains, or misuse.
- Original Packaging is preferred but not required.
If the issue is our fault:
If there’s a manufacturing defect, a wrong item, or any error on our part, we will:
- Fully refund your payment
- Arrange and cover all return shipping costs
If the issue is on the customer’s side:
If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the mattress:
- You may still return the product
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs (both ways)
We’ll provide guidance on how to package and return the mattress safely. Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
